I just wanted to tell you again, thank you so much for the training today. It was full of great information. I so appreciate your hearts to serve the couples and families of our church and community. It’s so obvious that this is your calling and passion. I wanted to see if you would be able to add me to the waiting list for the ementoring training. Thank you so much for coming out and sharing your Sunday afternoon with us! We’re so grateful for your hearts to help others, to partner with the Holy Spirit to speak life into those He puts in your path. It’s so powerful and humbling to reach into the abyss of someone’s circumstances and pull them out to stand on the unshakeable, indestructible Word of God. Our words are so very valuable!
Thank you for your time today, it was a blessing for our entire family. It generated a lot of interesting discussion with the kids, and it was fun to see how God pricked each of our hearts about different things to work on in our life. We also arrived at the Brian Center tonight with an extra pep in our step from the encouragement and training we received today.
In addition I must also share a praise report from little John. He has been a busy boy for the Lord. As usual, we all go our separate ways to visit when we go to the Brian Center; at the end of the night we all look forward to the car ride home which is always rich with different stories of who visited who… new people we’ve met…who has been sick…who do we need to pray for …etc. Well tonight little John came bounding out with such enthusiasm, and excitedly shared how God had pricked his heart again that someone needed Christ tonight, and that he had found them. He said he found the sweetest little lady who said she did not know Jesus as her Savior and prayed with her. He also met with another precious little lady who has been very sick for a few months. John said he first prayed for God to heal her body, but then asked her if she were to die where would she spend eternity. She said she believed, but was not really sure if she would go to heaven or hell. John then asked if she would like to pray with him so she could be confident of her future; she said yes and reaffirmed her faith.
